   Œufs Noircis

   one whole egg yolk
   black pepper
   three dashes Worcestershire sauce
   two dashes malt vinegar
   one dash it all
   book of matches

Burn every bloody match you have held close to room-temperature egg. Crack uncooked whole egg yolk into a glass. Pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Drink. Refuse to call it a prairie oyster.
